Lent Reflections: Mar. 23, 2016

Create in me a clean heart O God: we come to renew and deepen our relationship by asking for forgiveness. (Purim begins at sundown)

On this Wednesday of Holy Week, we repent what we have done to ourselves and to other people: Lord, with broken hearts we mourn our own sins and ask forgiveness for the wrongs we have done. With a healed, whole heart we reflect how our relationship with the Lord makes us better persons: Lord, we are thankful for your mercy and all your blessings bestowed on us.
