Hold the U.S. Bishops Accountable
Use This Form to Rate Compliance

Voice of the Faithful (VOTF) has created a Charter Compliance Form (Bishops Monitoring Form) by which concerned persons can monitor and rate U.S. bishops' compliance with the charter and norms they themselves developed at their Dallas meeting in June 2002. The form is a list of the action items that all bishops agreed to implement to keep our parishes safe and is based solely on the words from the approved charter.

We urge that VOTF chapters in each diocese, as well as concerned individuals throughout the United States, complete this form for their bishop.
